Like all brokerages, Circle's business runs on relationships, with shippers, with carriers, and accuracy. Behind the scenes, a carrier sales team manages high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, rate negotiations, booking confirmations, and compliance checks. It's a phone-heavy business. And for a long time, that's just how freight worked.
